About... all for free
This website should help you find free Java games for your i-mode device.

Sure, you might as well rush off to the Java services in the i-menu. Some of the finest software houses in the world offer you their games: Taito, Namco, Atari. But they all charge you a monthly fee, typically 2 euro. And for that money, you don't get a whole lot of games.

It is only fair to show you the alternatives. On the internet there are hundreds of Java games available for download. They are for free, and there is nothing illegal about that - most of these games are freeware, written by amateurs. The quality of the games varies - some are great, some are crap. But they are all worth checking out, as the only cost involved is for the GPRS data traffic.

To give you an idea: a simple game is less than 10kb in size, and you only have to download it once. Not something that will consume much of your GPRS data credit, right? Watch out with games that use the network though - playing these games results in more GPRS data traffic, and there is no way of telling how much it will cost you, until you get your monthly bill!
